"REVENGE OF THE SOCCER MOMS"

Never underestimate smart, funny, and slightly bored stay-at-home moms, especially when they get angry.

Teenage drivers, abusive husbands, vandals, and child molesters are no match for these women.

But when does Neighborhood Watch become Vigilantism? And when the Moms kill a cheating husband

and the 24-hour news channels camp out in their neighborhood, will their lives ever be the same?

Back to The Moms

I have submitted my audition for the Young Adult project, and now I'm back to revising Soccer Moms. The aspect that worries me the most has to do with moving the main character's miscarriage... she wasn't pregnant throughout most of the novel before, but now she will be. I have her running around quite a bit, so I suppose now she'll run around holding her belly? A little weird, and I have to give it serious thought. I also have to write about a much more serious, late term miscarriage, NOT the one I had at 6 weeks. It's a tricky thing to research, as I may have to ask a good friend to call up painful memories. I haven't quite worked up the nerve to call her yet.
